Acquisitions and Development
Trent Praski leads the investment and development side of Venture Pacific. He identifies where Metro Vancouver and the Fraser Valley's ‘missing middle’ housing makes sense, the lots, the zoning, and the numbers, and structures the partnerships that get those projects built.
Every Venture Pacific project begins with a question Trent is built to answer: does this piece of land actually support a multiplex, and does the math work for everyone involved? Drawing on deep market insight and a wide network across the region, he sources high-potential ‘missing middle’ opportunities and pressure-tests them before a single design is drawn.
On the partnership side, Trent structures the GP/LP arrangements that let homeowners develop their land and let investors take part in high-yield multiplex builds. He keeps the terms transparent and the incentives aligned, from the first conversation through to final occupancy.

Good development starts with honest numbers, including knowing when not to build.
