What it is

Founded in 1991 in the commercial and recreational construction sector, Venture Pacific later rebranded to focus on custom homes and renovations and expanded into multiplex development. That earlier construction-management background remains part of the firm's experience.

We consider select commercial and institutional projects by direct client or architect invitation. This is not an open invitation for general inquiries, tender opportunities, or bids. We review the project and the proposed role before agreeing to participate.

The portfolio includes recreation facility renewals and industrial construction delivered under construction management. Those projects provide context for the work, rather than a promise that every commercial scope is a fit today.

What's included
