Venture Pacific Named Georgie Awards Finalist in Three Categories for 2026

Venture Pacific is proud to announce we are a Georgie Awards finalist in Vancouver across three categories for 2026. The Georgie Awards are presented annually by the Canadian Home Builders’ Association of BC and represent the most respected recognition for residential construction excellence in the province. Three nominations. Two projects. One consistent standard of work.

What It Means to Be a Georgie Awards Finalist in Vancouver

Industry peers judge the Georgie Awards. These include experienced builders, designers, and construction professionals who understand what excellent work looks like both on paper and in person. Reaching the finalist stage means reviewers shortlisted your project among the strongest submissions in its category across BC.

For homeowners, that recognition is a meaningful signal. It reflects the care, planning, and quality that went into a project. Above all, it comes from the people who know this industry best.

The Projects Behind the Nominations

Kitsilano Horizon, Two Finalist Recognitions

Georgie Awards Finalist 2026, Best Custom Home $2,000,000 to $3,000,000 Georgie Awards Finalist 2026, Best Single-Family Kitchen Over $200,000

Kitsilano Horizon is a custom home built around how a family actually lives. We developed it in close partnership with Phase One Design . Together, we brought detailed preconstruction planning, careful design coordination, and a level of finish that required precision at every stage.

The kitchen at Kitsilano Horizon stands out as one of the most refined spaces we have delivered. Cabinetry, layout, materials, and trade sequencing all required exceptional care. Having it recognized in its own dedicated category alongside the home itself reflects the depth of work this project demanded. You can see more projects like this in our project portfolio .

Crescent Beach Revival, Finalist for Renovation Excellence

Georgie Awards Finalist 2026, Best Single-Family Residential Renovation $450,000 to $750,000

Crescent Beach Revival was a complete whole home renovation that required balancing the existing character of the home with a fully transformed interior. Working alongside Purity Designs , we managed complex existing conditions, phased the construction thoughtfully, and maintained full transparency with the homeowner throughout.

In addition, this project earned recognition at the 2026 HAVAN Awards for Best Kitchen Renovation. That dual recognition reflects the consistency of quality we carried across the entire renovation, from the first site visit through to handover.

What This Recognition Means to Our Team

Being a Georgie Awards finalist is not something we take lightly. These nominations reflect the work of everyone involved our project managers, site managers, trade partners, and the designers who made genuine collaboration possible.

More than that, they reflect what our clients experienced on these projects: a process that was planned carefully, communicated clearly, and executed to a standard that holds up to the scrutiny of the province’s top builders.

That’s what we aim for on every project, not just the ones that end up in an awards program.

Thank You

To the teams at Phase One Design and Purity Designs thank you for the quality of your work and for the collaborative spirit you brought to both projects.

To our project managers, site managers, and trades, this recognition is yours.

And to the clients who trusted us with their homes, thank you.

Frequently asked

What Georgie Awards categories was Venture Pacific a finalist in for 2026?

Three: Best Custom Home $2,000,000 to $3,000,000 and Best Single-Family Kitchen Over $200,000, both for Kitsilano Horizon, and Best Single-Family Residential Renovation $450,000 to $750,000 for Crescent Beach Revival. The Georgie Awards are presented annually by the Canadian Home Builders' Association of BC to recognize residential construction excellence province-wide.

Who judges the Georgie Awards?

Industry peers, experienced builders, designers, and construction professionals who evaluate projects both on paper and in person before shortlisting finalists in each category. Reaching the finalist stage means a project was reviewed and shortlisted among the strongest submissions in its category across British Columbia that year.

What is Kitsilano Horizon?

A custom home developed in partnership with Phase One Design, built around how the family actually lives, with detailed preconstruction planning and a level of finish that required precision at every stage. Its kitchen, recognized in a separate finalist category, involved significant care in cabinetry, layout, materials, and trade sequencing.

What is Crescent Beach Revival?

A complete whole-home renovation completed with Purity Designs, balancing the home's existing character with a fully transformed interior throughout. The project required managing complex existing conditions and phased construction carefully, start to finish, and it also won a separate 2026 HAVAN Award for Best Kitchen Renovation.

Who were the design partners on the two award-nominated projects?

Phase One Design partnered on Kitsilano Horizon, and Purity Designs partnered on Crescent Beach Revival. Both nominations reflect the collaboration between the two design teams and Venture Pacific's construction management, working together closely throughout, not the finished work of either side achieved entirely on its own.

What does a Georgie Awards finalist nomination signal to a homeowner?

It reflects the care, planning, and quality that went into a project, judged by people who understand construction at a professional level, not a marketing claim self-assessed by the builder. Reaching the finalist stage means the project held up to that scrutiny against the strongest submissions in the province.

Has Venture Pacific been recognized for more than one project in the same year?

Yes, the 2026 nominations span two separate projects, Kitsilano Horizon and Crescent Beach Revival, across three Georgie Awards categories combined. Crescent Beach Revival also received a separate 2026 HAVAN Award for Best Kitchen Renovation, giving that single project two distinct industry recognitions in the same year.

Who organizes the Georgie Awards?

The Canadian Home Builders' Association of BC presents the Georgie Awards annually, and they are described as the province's top residential construction awards. They are distinct from the HAVAN Awards for Housing Excellence, presented by the Homebuilders Association Vancouver, which recognized Crescent Beach Revival separately.
