Mark Van Ek

Mark Van Ek founded Venture Pacific and leads its construction side. With more than 40 years in construction management and building, across residential, commercial, and large public facilities in BC and Western Canada, he sets the standard for how every home and multiplex is built.

Mark brings the hands-on expertise that turns an approved plan into a finished building. He leads construction and quality across both sides of the company: the custom homes and renovations Venture Pacific builds, and the multiplex developments it delivers with homeowners and investors. His approach is calm and straightforward, built on collaboration, alignment, and transparency with clients and trades alike.

That depth of experience is also why Venture Pacific can carry the construction risk on its development projects. Whether the work is a heritage restoration, a new custom home, or an eleven-unit multiplex, quality control is built into every stage rather than checked at the end. Under Mark's leadership the company has earned multiple Georgie and HAVAN award recognitions, British Columbia's most respected residential construction honours.
