Venture Pacific was founded by builder Mark Van Ek with more than 40 years of construction experience across residential, commercial, and public facilities. The firm builds and renovates custom homes as a HAVAN Award-winning, Georgie Award finalist construction company, and develops multiplex and missing-middle housing with homeowners and investors through Venture Pacific Developments.
With developer Trent Praski leading the development side, we bring the same standard to a single custom home and to an eleven-unit multiplex, clear planning, transparent budgets, and quality that lasts.
