Venture Pacific Named 2022 HAVAN Award Finalist for South Surrey Home Renovation

Venture Pacific Named 2022 HAVAN Award Finalist for South Surrey Home Renovation

This South Surrey home renovation earned a 2022 HAVAN Award finalist nomination for Best Renovation in the $200,000 to $399,999 category. The HAVAN Awards recognize excellence in residential construction and renovation across Metro Vancouver. As a result, reaching the finalist stage is one of the most meaningful recognitions our team can receive from industry peers.

The project, named Parisian Elements, was a complete transformation of a well-loved South Surrey home. We replaced every finish and renovated every room. The goal was to bring refined elegance into a space the owners had outgrown aesthetically, while making it fully functional for how they live today.

A Complete South Surrey Home Renovation

In terms of scope, this project touched every part of the home. We renovated the kitchen, living room, staircase, bedrooms, and bathrooms, and replaced all finishes throughout. Nothing stayed the same.

For a renovation of this scale to succeed, every decision has to connect. For example, material choices, fixture placement, trade sequencing, and selection timing all shape the final outcome. Throughout the project, we managed each of those layers closely as part of our construction management process. That discipline is what ensures the final result matches the vision the homeowners carried from the start.

Designed in Collaboration with Studio 10 Design

We worked closely with Studio 10 Design from the beginning of the project. Their direction gave the home its name and its character: Parisian-inspired details, refined finishes, and warmth that runs through every room.

Furthermore, that kind of collaboration changes how a project performs. When the construction team and the design team work in close alignment, decisions happen faster and changes are fewer. In addition, the finished home reflects the original vision more completely. It is one of the main reasons we invest in building strong relationships with designers and architects across Metro Vancouver.

What the HAVAN Finalist Nomination Represents

The HAVAN Awards are judged by industry professionals who understand what it takes to deliver a project well. However, a finalist nomination is not just about how a home looks in photographs. Above all, it reflects the quality of the planning, the coordination, and the execution behind it.

For our team, this recognition came at the end of a project that demanded close attention at every stage. We managed complex trade sequencing, maintained clear communication with the homeowners, and stayed focused on delivering a result they would value for years to come. When our industry peers recognize that work, it means a great deal to everyone involved.
