Construction Management and Delivery Models
Across all services, Venture Pacific primarily works under a Construction Management model, often referred to as cost-plus delivery.
This approach places us on the same side of the table as the homeowner. All costs, schedules, and decisions are fully transparent, allowing for informed choices throughout planning and construction. When a project reaches sufficient definition, pricing can be capped with a Guaranteed Maximum Price or converted to a Fixed Price if desired.
This flexibility allows cost certainty to be introduced at the right time, based on facts rather than assumptions.
