Parisian Elements
Project Overview:
Rosemary Heights was a whole home renovation completed in two phases so the homeowners could continue living in the property throughout construction. During the first phase, they moved into the basement while the first and second floors were renovated. Once that work was complete, the basement renovation began while they lived in the updated main floors.
This project was centered on a full design refresh, with a strong focus on refined finishes, architectural detailing, and a more elevated overall feel. The renovation was recognized as a HAVAN Awards Finalist in 2022 for Best Renovation: $200,000–$399,999.

What Made This Project Unique:
Design-Driven from the Start:
The client’s inspiration came from classic Parisian interiors, think marble fireplaces, intricate moldings, curated textures, and balanced symmetry. Every finish, fixture, and proportion mattered.
Tight Tolerance for Error:
In projects with this level of refinement, the smallest deviation in alignment, craftsmanship, or communication shows. This wasn’t just a renovation, it was a precision exercise in design execution.
How We Made It Work:
The success of Rosemary Heights came from careful planning, close coordination, and a phased construction approach that allowed the home to remain livable throughout the renovation. Work was sequenced so the homeowners could shift from one area of the house to another while construction progressed.
The renovation focused on the main floor, second floor, and basement in stages, with a strong emphasis on custom cabinetry, architectural trim work, marble finishes, and detailed interior upgrades. Close collaboration with the client and designer helped ensure the finished spaces felt cohesive from room to room.
The result is a home defined by Parisian elements and refined classic character, elegant, layered, and highly personalized, while still feeling warm and livable.
