A modern industrial manufacturing facility built to support Viking Air's de Havilland operations. The design integrated the company's head office into the front of the building, connecting the administrative and manufacturing functions.
The 64,000-square-foot freestanding pre-engineered metal building was designed around a large column-free production space for flexibility and efficiency. Venture Pacific acted as owner's agent under a pure construction management model, managing the design team, consultants, trades, and site.
