Manchester Living is the rezoning and redevelopment of two single-family lots at 624 and 628 Manchester Road in Victoria into eleven new townhomes. The homes sit in two buildings, five units and six units, connected by a raised courtyard. Rezoning was approved in December 2023, with completion expected in August 2026.
Most units are three- and four-bedroom homes averaging about 1,442 square feet. The project reflects Venture Pacific's missing-middle approach, adding gentle density that fits the existing neighbourhood while delivering family-sized homes built for how people actually live.
