Cawston Avenue turned one single-family lot on Kelowna's Cawston Avenue into four three-bedroom infill townhomes, each with a private rooftop deck. The project was completed in January 2020.
It is a clear example of the missing-middle model: replacing one detached house with four family-sized homes on the same land, adding gentle density without changing the feel of the street.
