The white modern farmhouse exterior look is highlighted by a contrasting black steel roof and beautiful wood posts and beams.

They wanted an open concept plan with functional space for the whole family. The kitchen is a favourite hangout offering plenty of cabinets with accessible storage, extensive countertops providing multiple workstations for multiple cooks! The oversized island is a great place to have breakfast or a quick snack but has also been used to hold an amazing feast for large gatherings!

Easy access to outdoor living was an important ‘ask’ and this home has certainly accommodated our clients’ wishes!
