Design leadership & team definition
Before budgeting, we identify who leads the design, an architect, an interior designer, or an integrated team. Defining this early sets clear accountability and prevents planning assumptions later.

Design coordination & feasibility review
As the design develops, we review the drawings for buildability, flag risks, and align design decisions with your budget and schedule, catching costly issues before they are built in.

Pre-construction planning & cost development
We coordinate consultants and engineers, develop the permitting strategy, refine selections, and build a detailed schedule using real trade input and current market pricing.

Construction agreement & cost strategy
Projects often begin under a Construction Management model with transparent cost tracking. Pricing can later be capped with a Guaranteed Maximum Price or converted to a Fixed Price once details are defined.

Every project is managed through Buildertrend, giving you daily site logs, schedules, documents, approvals, and real-time budget visibility in one central place.

Construction execution & project management
We manage scheduling, trade coordination, quality control, logistics, and safety. Careful upfront planning is what makes construction controlled and predictable.

Completion, handover & ongoing support
We guide you through detailed walkthroughs and remain available for warranty support and future planning after the project is complete.
