This 3,400 sq. ft. custom home was designed for a couple looking to create their forever home on a serene lakeside property. The priority: a space that felt open, natural, and deeply connected to its surroundings—without compromising on durability or function.
What Made This Project Unique:
🟢 The Site: Building on the water meant we had to navigate tight setbacks, unique permitting, and the environmental considerations that come with lakeside construction.
🟢 The Vision: The homeowners wanted a clean, West Coast modern aesthetic with warm natural textures, floor-to-ceiling views, and energy-efficient performance—designed to feel just as cozy in winter as it does open and breezy in summer.
How We Made It Work:
We collaborated closely with the architect and interior designer from the earliest stages, ensuring the plans aligned with the couple’s vision and budget.
