Communication – Efficiency and Effectiveness
Venture Pacific recognizes the necessity for a high level of communication amongst the project ‘team’ members in terms of professionalism, timeliness, accuracy and consistency. Our focus is on communicating with people and we utilize technology as a tool to enhance our ability to communicate efficiently and effectively. Technology has brought ‘team’ members closer together, i.e. physical distance is no longer a hurdle.
Venture Pacific utilizes technology to enhance our means of communication and the transfer of information amongst the ‘team’ members, in whatever form communication or information may take. We utilize the basics such as phone, fax, and wireless (cellular) phones, and we also take full advantage of the power of the Internet for the transfer of electronic forms of communication such as email, digital photographs and drawings.
