Our Team

The completion of any construction project comes as a result of an entire ‘team’ working closely together to achieve an end result; successful Construction Management can not be achieved without teamwork. Venture Pacific’s team is led by Mark Van Ek and with Mark’s leadership skills and experience he promotes a collaborative, and highly communicative, process amongst all of the project ‘team’ members through all phases of the construction process.

The construction process is a highly complex assembly of knowledge, skills and abilities, which come from a variety of groups and individuals. Venture Pacific is well-connected in the construction marketplace and therefore has access to all of the specialists, services and trades that make up the ‘team’ bringing all of the required attributes to the ‘playing field’.
